Most of the help is non friendly, but what really bothered me was that I finally signed up for the tsa pre check. According to the advantages of this pre check, you do not have to take off shoes and you do not have to take out your lap top. Here you gain no real advantage to a pre check. I still had to take off shoes, pull out my laptop, take off my jewelry. This ended up being as long of a process without the tsa precheck. Why is this place so backwards?
