HORRIBLE! PLEASE REPORT TO BBB because their rating is INACCURATE! My credit was ran and I had money down & was approved for a vehicle they had ordered which took over a MONTH to arrive while holding our ($2200) deposit! When it arrived, they ran our credit several more times damaging it severely because they lost the previous information/paperwork & CREDIT REPORTS only to tell us we can no longer get approved for that vehicle & now need a cosigner! Afterwards they approved us for a different car on the lot which they claimed worked perfectly and had their mechanic inspect it for us... a month later it needed a BRAND NEW ENGINE costing $10,000!!! On top of that they asked for $900 MORE down because they could no longer accept our trade in because they FORGOT to run a carfax until after the banks approval and then they wanted us to get the auto warranty to pay for the engine costing $1600 MORE in which they sneakily charged a $100 processing fee they pocketed themselves WITHOUT TELLING US that had nothing to do with the warranty (Warranty representative confirmed this!) They said they would help pay the deductible in which there never was one. They never called to tell us that the license plate had arrived 3 wks ago. They offered to deliver the car to my work when I was carless because it was in the shop so I could also give them the rest of the $900 but once they got the money they could care less and had no intention to deliver it. While the car was being looked at they WOULD NOT release the name of the place of the mechanic or phone number who was "fixing" the car. It took literally 10+ phone calls and repeated brush offs and excuses by them to get anything done. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS, THIEVES, & LIARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
