They basically treat their clients like objects and force them into doing things they don't stand for. As most people here, I'm also using One Direction as an example, just because they have been hit hard by them. Forcing friendships apart just because people are speculating about a possible romantic relationship is not only homophobic and gross, but also goes against their basic human rights and their freedom. Not going to lie, that deserves zero stars.
