The Welland YMCA is my favorite gym that I have ever joined. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are people there from all different fitness levels so I didn't feel shy or embarrassed while learning the equipment. They are always updating the equipment. It is very clean and modern and the classes are great. I really like the availability of evening classes that I can get to after work.
