I've had much better experiences at other resorts....

I've had much better experiences at other resorts. A lot of our vacation time was spent trying to figure out exactly what was available and where it was located. The amenities were ok but the water park closed by 5 o-clock daily. That seemed like such a waste. It was difficult to use vouchers provided by the time share group for food and drink on the resort. Employees in different areas of the resort interpreted the rules differently and overall it caused a lot of confusion. Of the 11 pools advertised the staff were unable to provided details on which areas provided what. For instance availability of towels, food and/or other services at each location. Also when we asked about on sight restaurants we were directed to the website for information. I would have appreciated if that type of information had been provided at check in or in the unit.
