Initially I used the fast lane Text service and received a text saying a rep would get back soon for an appointment.No one ever got back to me.
I called Mark and scheduled a 10am appointment for Friday 10/3 oil change.
I went in as scheduled.Total time 1hour.
Receipt indicated an inspection including tire pressure was completed.. My in-car diagnostics showed right rear tire @32 psi, while other 3 tires were @38.
I went back to the bay and another tech added air and apologized. As this created a dissonance in my ability to trust that they actually do what they report ,
I m left wondering if my oil was actually even changed.
The cost was over $50 for semisynthetic. The one star was for the service guy Mark who was very pleasant, otherwise as you can see less than satisfied.
