Third party booking through my company provided me...

Third party booking through my company provided me with a registration confirmation. Got here after working a 16 hour day. I was scheduled to go home but worked way late so I needed to stay. Lady at the front desk had no desire to assist me in any way. I stay in hotels for a living and this was by FAR the worst service I have ever had. I asked if the rooms had microwaves, she said some do so I requested one. After an hour of her basically telling me "tough s#&$", the third party travel company called and finally got me a room. I had gone to the store for some food and clothes for tomorrow, toothbrush etc. When I finally got my room, there was no microwave. Called the front desk immediately and once again the worst interaction I have ever had continued. Ended with me hanging up on her and throwing my food away as it was frozen dinners. Tried to take a shower. Almost no hot water. Tried to brush my teeth, faucet leaked a large amount of water all over the counter. So as you can tell it's a really nice place. I will NEVER stay at any Wyndham property again for as long as I live and the useless lady on shift should be terminated and replaced with a bag of sand.
