Dreadful - I am a diabetic and asked for a bag to put my insulin in to keep it hygienic while in departures - the security man - who found me to be a burden seeing as I wasn't a child because he was too busy fussing over children saying they are like his daughter etc etc (very unprofessional) wouldn't give me a bag and put it in the dirty tray on purpose then said 'have a nice life'. I've travelled the world and never been treated like this. He's a disgrace.
