We have been to this club many times and the food has always been poor and never changes but very expensive for a club. The view is anazing but that is where it ends. Very pricy food and very expensive compared to ala carte restaurants. The price is never an issue if the food is great but it never is. We stopped going there to eat because the food was so disappointing. We recently thought on Australia Day to try the food again. We ordered surf and turf at $40 each and the food was horrible. The steak was fatty, the salad that you could find on your plate was wilted and tasteless. The three prawns they gave us were so wilted and old and tough we could not believe it. The chips were cold. It looked liked all the food had been sitting on the plate for ages then they cooked the steak and put it on the plate. Will never eat there again.
Last time we were here they had different seating. This is now all gone and been replaced with uncomfortable seating. The previous was amazing. We sat with various friends who made the same comments. If it isn t broken why change it. We all come regularly but we will now only drink there and go down the road to restaurants which are better and the food is great and cheaper.
