Originally, I reviewed the volvo service department with one star, with my complaint being that on two different occasions they recommended repairs that I found out, after getting a second opinion, did not need to be done. The day after I posted this, the service manager called and discussed my issues. He listened and understood my frustrations and offered to personally oversee the service of my vehicle when I brought it in next time. I was very satisfied with his comments and concern for my problems and I am very hopeful this will not be an issue again. I commend the dealership and the service manager for resolving this.
