This was our first Whitewater rafting experience. We had a group of 12. 6 per raft. Ages between 7 and 72!. This was one of the best family experiences we have ever had!. Highly recommend it to everyone and anyone. My dad is 72 but in good health so he enjoyed it but I could see he was very tired at the end. So, be mindful of that with your older family members.
However, this is a MUST DO for all families. Everyone from the check-in to our guides was helpful and professional. Over all the camp was very busy and it was dam release day so the river she was active! It looked scary before we got in the water... once in the water with the proper instructions given by the guides it was very enjoyable by all. After 3 hours in the river my 7 year old asked 'can we can come back tomorrow?' Enough said!
