The Taj West End is the grand old dame of hotels in Bangalore. Set in magnificent gardens that will help you relax as you get away from the cut and thrust of Bangalore traffic. The staff are friendly as you would expect of the Taj Group and they will find a way to overwhelm you with kindness. There are some inaccuracies on the website so I would recommend you are clear on your room selection to ensure you get the room you were expecting. We had a couple of minor issues but every issue was addressed and redressed. We ate a lot of meals in The Mynt cafe and the staff worked hard to provide outstanding service. Big thanks to Sukriti, Aathira, Chef Abijit, R.Mohan and Giri. You guys made it a special stay.
