This is the third time I have been here. An oil change took 3 & 1/2 hours the first time. I said I would never go back. My wife bought an inspection last year and I went. They said my car would not communicaye with thier machine. I went to the valvaline on beach and 820 and got it inspected less than 30 minutes after leaving. I said I would never go back. My wife buys another groupon for inspection. Same thing different day. Less than 30 minutes later my car is inspected.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership, and that says a whole lot.

**8/22/14 - update - My wife bought another groupon, I dreaded coming here again. It has been 2 & 1/2 hours and I am still waiting on the oil change to be over. My time is worth more than the groupon saves. My Saturday is shot. Thanks Mac Chirchill Acura.
