I purchased my 2011 Ford Edge in 2010 from Capital Ford. Since that time, I have returned to Capital Ford every time my car needed service. Upon arrival, I am greeted pleasantly by the personnel. They make me feel I am a very important customer of theirs. They are prompt and courteous. They keep me updated if the service is taking longer than expected. I can t recall a time when I left the Service Department frustrated. I leave confident that I have received the best service possible
