There's no concierge when you go in you have to us...

There's no concierge when you go in you have to use a kiosk to check in. Rooms aren't cleaned properly. The towels are dingey and unraveled. The pool also closes at 5pm When it's over 100 degrees outside! Unknown substances all over the chair and handprints all over the windows. Would not recommend staying here just go to Bellagio.
