Terrible service in Bencoolen. I was treated rudely by one of the staff probably a manager, an Indian man who shouted at me to leave a few years back. I wasn't a guest there but the way he handled the situation is uncalled for. One of the cleaner atttitude is just as bad. Find other hotel.Will never stay in Ibis in future.
