Poor and lazy service! I work in a mortgage Brokers and often help the Advisers with their cases, therefore I have no invested interest. I have come across their bad service a number of times. I have looked at their reviews and can see most of them are by people who have only left 1 review. You are given a case handler who you never get to speak to, you have to deal with customer service reps.

They blame the mortgage companies but it is in fact the solicitors. You are merely a number to them. They get such High volume from the mortgage companies, and charge so little that you cant be shocked at the poor service to be fair.

Avoid them at all cost, and if you have to use them, expect a bad service and you will not be disappointed!
