Why are Josh Bishop and Stephen Flood not FIRED? They killed 2 women. The KNOWINGLY drove into flooded waters. They are supposed to be trained professionals. They RECKLESSLY ENDANGERED the lives of the two women who they were to protect. Those are the facts. Horry County Sheriff Department: You can try to spin it however you want to try and protect "your boys" (which is pathetic!), but the facts still remain.
They are a disgrace to the badge. They saved themselves and 2 women drowned. Every moment that they are still employed in Horry County you are tarnishing the image of Law Enforcement and that is NOT FAIR to the hundreds of courageous, hard-working, dedicated, and worthy officers in this County! Cowards don't deserve to wear the badge!
