Notice concerning the yakarouler.com site:
A few years ago (2016/2017) I placed a few orders, each time disappointed: deadlines not respected, packaging without protection (inside the package the spark plugs visit the brake pads, the air filter is crushed by the brake fluid bottle ...), I had sworn not to order from them anymore.
At the beginning of November, I'm looking for a pair of speakers that only them had, in clearance.
I am ordering for dispatch on Monday.
Monday, nothing. On Tuesday, I connect to the customer area: "50% order, refund".
Call to customer service: "yes you must have received an e-mail, we no longer have the part in stock, we prefer to reimburse you".
And no, no email, but hey, there's no solution so let's reimburse.
10 days later, still no email, still order 50%, refund.
I remind: "yes sir, the refund has not yet been made. As said in our general conditions of sale, it may take 14 days".
Except that it is not me who asked for a refund, it is you who do not know how to hold a stock! The least you can do is be responsive.
Anyway, I'm still waiting ...
