Yesterday my traction control light came on and my truck started shaking when I gave it gas. I pulled over checked fluids started again and revved up no strange noise or shake until engaged in drive and gas given. I hobbled it over to SMP and Rebecca in service called this morning staying they think it might be a push rod and that they would need to take it apart to find out what all was wrong. I said don t touch it and called a tow truck this afternoon. Rebecca called and wanted $280 or she wouldn t release the truck to the tow driver. I asked what was the charge for she stated that they took apart and found bent push rod and said they would have to take take apart further to find out if more damage and said I gave you a quote . This was not the case at all. Complete lie!

Will never take another vehicle here
