Horrible experience. I am on crutches because of a hip fracture. I physically can not walk my small 10 lb Morkie. I had a friend helping me out and she went out of town so I had to find a company that could handle three walks a day for a whole week. They responded right away to set up a meet and greet. The guy walked my dog for one day and then I got an email form the company that he was no longer with the company. And they would find someone else. The girl they found was not flexible with the times I needed but I was at her mercy so I agreed to her times. Then she walks him for two days then says she can't commit to that many walks with her school schedule. And did not show up to walk my dog all day and still has my keys. They company said they are trying to find another walker. So my poor dog has not been outside since 9pm last night and it is 1:30 in the afternoon. They hire unreliable young students.

I told the company they were unreliable and to please refund me the rest of my money. I just called somewhere else. The company was aware of my situation when I hired them. They knew I would absolutely be depending on them to walk the dog because I am physically unable too. They assured me their staff could handle the volume of this job. And I have been very disappointed. My dog has been the one to suffer.

Hopefully I get my money back in a reasonable amount of time. And my keys back to give to another walker!
