I am SO frustrated with this place! I ordered much-needed medical supplies and paid for overnight shipping. So, 6 days later I called to find where my order was only to find they will not ship the item without a certain form on file. I her to communicate how frustrating this was and she said, albeit politely, "I'll note the account"... Thanks, maybe... :-/
Horrible experience! I will not order from Bound Tree again.
