Habitual Fitness is a second home! This gym offers more than just fitness equipment. It is a whole community of dedicated trainers and friendly members that constantly encourage you. This atmosphere promotes both physical and mental wellness. It's a true Zen Zone.

I've trained with Jonathan Punzalan, and thank him so much for getting me to a point where I feel athletic and lean. His style of training is very sporty/athletic, and you're constantly being challenged with creative workouts. Everyday is a new day, and you're always being pushed to the next level. You end up surprising yourself!

I'm now training with Adam Trabulsi, and thank him so much for further enhancing my fitness journey and giving me the confidence to workout and lift weights alone. I feel stronger, leaner, and more aware of what I'm doing. He is extremely attentive to your form, and makes training become a lifestyle. His eye catches everything when you're training with him, and the slightest correction will make the biggest difference in targeting the right muscle. Go Adam, you da best!
