After a week of lack luster car shopping, I was pleasantly surprised with the staff at BMW of Richmond. Via text, Jon made arrangements for me to have an appointment to see the vehicle Christmas Eve and to make sure that I was connected with the sales rep, RJ, that would be assisting me. RJ had the vehicle that I was interested in ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. We comfortably moved through the negotiating phase without any tiring games that so many dealerships try to use. Anton was super helpful and efficient in moving me through the financing phase, as I had my 11 month old in tow. It was the hands down my best car buying experience to date.
