Originally there was a misunderstanding about an offer that I was emailed but not given when I got into the store.
Happy to report it seemed to be a teething issue with the new store and their customer service have very quickly gone out of their way to correct the problem so I'm revising the review to 4 stars.
I used to shop at Decathlon a lot back in Europe and it's great to see a fully stocked store in SF (the market store is... cozy)
