Choose any other Boston hotel, Park Plaza is by far the worst hotel experience in all the time I have traveled to Boston for work.

The rooms are embarrassingly small. Not just smaller than most hotel rooms but actually uncomfortably small. The gap between the foot of my bed and the wall was probably 18 inches, not including the TV that was mounted on the wall, meaning I literally had to turn sideways and side step to get to the other side of the bed. The bathroom was no different; to open the bathroom door while inside the bathroom, I had to step inside the shower because there was no other room.

While the main lobby is beautifully decorated, I was not once greeted by an employee when I entered at the main entrance of the hotel. Not once. It actually felt like I was not wanted when I greeted an employee at the main entrance with "good morning" and did not receive any kind of response in return.

In conclusion I have stayed in many other Boston hotels as I travel for business and this has been by far the worst. From service to accommodations to the rooms not even containing a mini fridge or any snacks/drinks, this was a big diss appointment.
