Just got back from Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell ...

Just got back from Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell with my new Lexus after a very pleasant experience! That is not something that I usually equate with car buying! I have put off car buying as I have only had stressful experiences prior to this one.
I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Sales Representative Jim Donovan, and his General Sales Manager Bob Cameron.
The entire process was relaxing, comfortable and non-deceptive! I felt that Jim was upfront, honest, sincere, personable and accommodating . He went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome as a first time Lexus buyer. I truly believe that he did "the best he could" to get me exactly what I was looking for in the car and in the cost. His General Sales Manager, Bob, reinforced the feeling that I was dealing with honest business men who were trying to satisfy the consumer--unlike those I have met at so many other dealerships who try to take advantage of the consumer. I look forward to a long relationship with Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell.
