I recently worked with a consulting firm for a project and my experience with the team was quite average. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided some useful insights, but I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. 🤔 There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the project, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the final deliverables were satisfactory, and they did make an effort to accommodate some last-minute changes. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would consider working with them again, but I hope they can improve their communication and responsiveness in the future.
