I don't give many restaurants five stars, but when you try so many different things on the menu and they are all excellent, I got to give it up. The great thing about the food here is none of the items that I had tasted the same. Even with similar ingredients stuffed shells versus ravioli it was all very unique and had its own flavors and spices. Plus their marinara sauce was off the hook. I wish I could go back there right now. If this place was in my state I would be 900lbs soon.

The garlic bread was good and they kept that coming just like chips at a Mexican restaurant. Garlicky goodness plus they had homemade gluten-free style garlic bread for my daughter. I tasted it and thought it was great. She ate the rest all by herself. Not kidding the whole basket.

For a pasta joint to have gluten free pasta and items on their menu is wonderful. That doesn't always happen where we live. Not to mention it tasted really good.

Pasta Jay's you will be in my brain for a long time. I know now why there are lines out the door. That being said, even though the place was packed the service was great and the wait wasn't as long as you would think. !!! If I'm in Moab anytime soon this is the place I want to go.
