This hotel is my home away from home. Every year I book in for 5 nights and come to just switch off
It is beautifully located and the staff is All super.

I am disabled, and I was helped to take my mobility in and out of my room. The hotel is a busy hotel with many people coming and going. Perfect to read in the bar/lobby area reading with a cuppa or just people-watching. Gorgeous Brasserie restaurant for dinners. Or you can have food from bar menu in that area of the hotel.

Spa6 is great. The only difficulty I faced was the time slots which changed. Hotel members can only use the pool early morning or after 5. Quite difficult to be comfortable in using pool with kids coming in and out and me finding a safe way in, however that was helped with. There seems to be nothing too big or small for management to help with.
