Personally, I'm disappointed. Late staff on several occasions this year, with one guy turning up with minutes to go before standing his colleagues down. Some are good, some are lazy and some really shouldn't be in the industry full stop. And last time I called in nobody bothered to get back to me. I know we were reimbursed, but that doesn't matter much on a tight window for a get in. But I'm only the Production Manager, what do I know?
