My family was looking for a grief councillor after the loss of my mother. A very long and exhaustive intake process led to rejection. The staff seemed to make up policies on the fly to suit their own needs in stark contradiction to the written policies. The wait list was months long. I wish they could of just told me that they don t have space for new intakes instead of making me jump through countless hoops. I ll be looking elsewhere for a councillor
