I brought my Toyota Camry in for its regular oil change, but I was concerned because the red oil light would intermittently light up. Turns out I was very low on oil due to two leaks that needed fixing. When the oil case was removed, they found the water pump had streaks indicating it also was starting to go bad. I felt that the service technician was honest and fair, giving me options on whether to repair the problems now or later. They were able to complete a multitude of repairs on that same day, which was good because I had to have the car the next day. They changed spark plugs, replaced the water pump, fixed the leaking seals, changed the oil and the coolant. This was the first major repair work that has been done to the car since I bought it new 14 years ago. Not bad for a 14 year old car!
