i have vsited at axis bank loan department for hom...

i have vsited at axis bank loan department for home loan interest certificate. my toke nnumber 80 dated 28.09.2020 time 11 to 1 oclock. staff showing all coperation and sent my demanding details on my email id as said by them. so i go back with confidence. when i tried to open my regd email id than no email message received. so next day i gone to bank and asked about it. but no satisfactory replied from them. i reuest them three to four times but no geen single. my complain is they are not working in poper way. every day 150 tokens are issued from bank. staff is woriking up to end last token number without break. it is good. but i have not received my details still now. date 01.10.2020 time moring 6 oclock. GOD PLEASE HELP US.
