I partially paid a bill from my daughters boot from a foot injury with leftover HSA funds (because they wouldn't accept two forms of payment) expecting another bill for the balance, and instead they have threatened my adolescent daughter with potential legal action. Real classy company. Too bad we don't have any choice and are uniformed consumers when given medical equipment by a hospital or clinic.
