Totally worthless.
Called them for assistance with a large group of deer in a very busy area of traffic. Accidents were happening so I called in to see if someone could come out to help direct the deer out of the area. I was on hold 45+ mins, just for a rude woman to tell me they are not liable to assist in that situation and there was nothing they could do to help.
