We bought our first RV from High River Autoplex in February 2014. It is now May and we still have not been able to use it. We have returned it 3 times to fix existing problems. Each time we have had to chase the service department for information. Calls are rarely returned and when the service person is reached he does not have all the information or is unaware of what the issues are. After becoming very frustrated we were assured one person would be responsible for the repairs and contact. This person did not live up to his word and we were again left frustrated with no idea what was happening to our RV. We are very dissatisfied with the service and would not buy from High River Autoplex again.
