Yesenia was really great at keeping us informed and answering questions we had over the phone and through text. Jesus, at first, seemed a little put off, as if I was wasting his time because I mentioned we might be going to Livermore Toyota (though it could have been because it was 100+ degrees outside... We were also pretty grouchy...), but he became friendly and helpful, helped us pick out and test drive cars, and helped us get a good deal. The signing process was also quick and easy, and they even have high-tech tables that the contracts are displayed on, and you can sign them right there, no long, tedious printing process necessary. This was a pleasant change from the last time I purchased from Modesto Toyota about 8 years ago, which which wasn't pleasant at all. I'm glad to see our local Toyota dealership has changed so much since then. I'd recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a Toyota.
