My brother and I had originally reserved 2 spots on a tour to Greece with Smartours. Smartours messed up our reservation and told us they had no space on their tour to accommodate us. I had already purchased the airline tickets for their tour when they told us that we did not have a reservation for their tour. After searching for another tour that would fit the dates of our non-refundable tickets to Greece, I found Zicasso. Zicasso put me in touch with a great travel agency. From the moment he contacted us, Han at put us at ease about a customized trip to Greece. He worked closely with us to arrange our ideal trip, accommodating every location and site we wanted to visit. He arranged our transfers, transportation, hotels, guides, and assistants. He answered every question and concern we had and maintained contact with us throughout our trip. All of the hotels he arranged were beautiful and in great locations. Every guide, driver, and assistant he arranged was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We spent the most time with our guide Georgia and our driver Papis who were the absolute best. We learned and saw so much! Greece is a beautiful country with so much rich history and the people we were in contact with made it that much more. Thank you Zicasso, Han, Georgia, and Papis for making our first trip to Greece absolutely perfect. We were well taken care of from beginning to end. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, and I would not hesitate to use any of their services again.
