Great experience!. After a few months looking in several dealers (including Suburban Troy) I came back to them. As an ex-pat I know it is not easy to get credit approvals, but Megan Carr did a great job. She guided me through out all the steps, she was super clear and found the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I was looking for and the most important thing, she paid attention to my budget and she kept that in mind. In the end she came with a great Jeep Wrangler unlimited Black Bear edition that everybody wanted...but she kept that for me!! Great experience, thanks a lot Megan! :) John Gerrard in the finance department was also very helpful, diligent and patient.
