Nauticon is the best. I made a business service call for a general setup and they came the same day. The first service rep did his part, told me that the other job was service by another person. He put the call in and an hour later this gentle drove from a call in DC to Maryland to fix my problem. That was amazing because you don't get that type of turnaround within the same day.
My hat goes off to Nauticon and this isn't the first time they've proven themselves to be efficient. I would highly recommend any business switching to Nauticon, so that they can receive excellent service.
