Classes are good. Customer service sucks. They rip...

Classes are good. Customer service sucks. They ripped me off on supplies. I gave them the requested 2 weeks to fix the situation and they did nothing. My next step is contacting my bank, a lawyer, and the better business bureau for guidance on how to get my money back.
