Before today I used to love Hagan Ace Hardware. I told my neighbors and Friends how helpful they are the customer service was top-notch I believed. As they r smaller than the other stores are there type there able to take more time and answer questions. Today that all changed. I purchased 6 bags of play sand to do a project in my backyard. This is 3rdtime I purchased sand from them. When I opened it up this morning there was a moisture in the bags which made the sand clumpy. I thought no worries call them and they'll take care of it. Boy was I wrong! I was told I either had the wrong stand or I had gotten moisture in it neither which was true they lost a customer over $30.00. No more recommendations from me!!
