My husband and I went to the Ritz Carlton Beach Bar, The Gumbo Limbo to eat dinner last weekend. The service was terrible!!! The waiter completely ignored us, and had to chase him down to order food after waiting over 20 minutes, and they weren't even that busy. He gave us attitude about ordering our burgers well done, because it was going to take longer to cook them. Durning our meal we had to keep trying to get his attention to refill our drinks, and in the middle of eating they turned off the ceiling fans and staring is down trying to rush us out. I couldn't believe we had such shotty service at such a nice place. We spent over $100 to eat their for the experience, since we were celebrating my pregnancy. I couldn't believe staff would have such an attitude with us. The food was excellent, cooked right and tasted great just wish the service experience was much better. We will not be visiting their Beach Bar, The Gumbo Limbo anytime soon.
