I live in Kanata. had them this year. Not happy with their service. They have missed my
street twice so far. And they are always late. When I leave home in the morning (and I leave late...around 8:45) my driveway is not clean. When I come home in the afternoon around 5, again my driveway has not been cleaned yet on the second pass. My neighbors have Capital and their driveways are always clean hours before ours. Will be switching to them next year. On the upside, they always respond well when you open a ticket.
