Very disappointed how we drove 35 min to get there...

Very disappointed how we drove 35 min to get there and got denied at the access gate because they are at their "full capacity." We called them prior to departing from our house to just confirm we can come, and the staff said yes . And by the time we arrived at the gate, "access denied." And then, I called the cafe, the staff told me to wait 30 min "maybe" I'll be able to enter . So what am I gonna do with a "maybe 30min " time slot, of course we just drove back home and pick up a starbucks drink. So here is the thing, we understand it is covid time and limit amount of ppl , but for convenience, I think it's ideal for them to just allow ppl to make reservation online with certain time slot, that way ppl won't have to drive so far and get turn away.
