Worst service ever. I ordered a fixture, promised...

Worst service ever. I ordered a fixture, promised 3 day delivery. Five days later, they say it is coming in three more days. They keep changing the delivery date, pushing it back a few days each time. I call and the "helpful" agent tells me it is backordered for four weeks, and gives me a bunch of nonsense about why I was given incorrect dates. I called the next day to cancel the order. A month later, they ship the order that was cancelled and charge my card. Now I have to go to a FedEx drop off miles away to return the cancelled order. Hard to be more incompetent than they are.
They offered a good price, but no way I would ever deal with them again.
