I had a culligan system for 9 years and have always had low water pressure. After researching different systems I came across US Water Systems. I worked with Tim who listened to all of my concerns with my current system and taught me the difference between size of systems and how they work. His pricing was incredible (actually 65% less than all competitors) and the warranty was solid so I ordered the unit at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. Amazingly my system showed up on Friday. I put it in on Saturday and it was fairly simple. I had to call tech support( who answered the phone on the second ring and solved my problem in 5 minutes) and I was good to go. I couldn t be happier with the whole experience. Tim was amazing, the tech support was incredible and fulfillment was out of this world. I am a customer for life.
