The airport: safe, small, no issues with their direct staff.

Pickup: while waiting for your transfer to your resort we had an insane experience. You have someone operating the Negril sunset tours by the name of Wesley Williams. He beyond arrogant and nasty. Can you imagine my friends first time in Jamaica and they have just landed at the MBJ airport. We were waiting to be picked up by our car. My friend was standing in a less crowded area in the bar about 5 feet away from the Jewel Resort sign. Wesley screams, "YOU ARE BLOCKING THE SIGN, YOU ARE BLOCKING MY SIGN!!!!" And let's out a scowl. Everyone stops or turns around to see what is the screaming about. Can you imagine being a tourist and having a tour guid for Negril Sunset Tours scream and scowl at you like dirt? Not only will we ever stay with you, we won't book with the tour or refer you. World beware, at some point you have to think what this guy would do if there weren't so many people around. It was unbelievable! What a way to kick off our Christmas vacation.
