Sam Tutton was extremely knowledgeable, had a great, positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude. He was able to answer all of my questions. This is my first BMW and Sam was able to support, and guide me through the entire purchasing process. He is an extremely dedicated member of the Herb Chambers team as he even answered my questions/concerns via text on his days off on several occasions.
